it's a great little independant coffeehouse, with the best Japanese green tea I've had yet. It's convenient - right across the street from work!

They have good quality bubble tea. They don't over charge and constantly offer specials. Most importantly their tapioca is always chewy and you can actually taste the tea. It's always perfect everytime I go there.

Amazing selections, and really helpful staff. Also, if you, or those who are accompanying you, aren't in the mood, they have an extensive menu full of tea-free options. It's like grandma's, except you have to pay for everything... so it's more like a tea store... but man...
