It's been there in that very same location (at the foot of the Charles Street West tower block) since 1978 - that's just a year after my family came over from Japan and moved into that very same building (subsidised apartments for international U of T students). Fond memories of my childhood. :)

these delicious savoury pancakes, chock full of your choice of meat or veg, and garnished with bonito flakes, nori, okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, are a true taste of japanese pub grub.

Has a great collection of Inuit artifacts, tucked away in Queen's Quay Terminal to it isn't bustled with tourists, you can have the museum for yourself! Staff is great too. It's huge, has a great selection of music, movies and games and is always open when I need my music fix.
