at the yonge + eglinton location the staff have been phenomenal. enthusiastic, knowledge, and passionate about tea. it makes a huge difference. they taught me a lot, steered me towards things i'd enjoy, and helped me save cash.
they have a tremendous selection of high quality teas, and the price is great. for the amount of cups a $5.00 bag makes, you'd pay about 3.99 for the same amount of President's Choice lesser-quality stuff at the grocery store.
there's also a nice, cozy sit-down area :)
