this is a great hotel to spend the weekend at, they have a wonderful brunch, yummy!

one spring morning in 2003 i was walking east on king to my co-op placement eating a mcdonald's breakfast. while i was walking past the king edward hotel, i noticed wayne gretzky standing outside of the hotel waiting for a car. starstruck, i walked up to him, shook his hand and continued my walk to work. i had no idea what to say to the legend, but i figured my lack of words said it all.

They take it up a notch (smoked salmon, beef wellington etc.), the service is good, the seats are comfortable and they are pretty good about letting the kids run around the main lobby afterwards
