Wow, what a meal. He is a master chef. very creative presentations and delicate flavour combinations. How can you go wrong with fresh wasabi?

They use high-quality ingredients, and they present the dishes artistically. Their 5 course vegetarian tasting menu was incredible. Panko shrimp with yuzu foam, whole wasabi root, adzuki-green tea cheesecake and too many other delicious ingredients and garnishes to mention. A great place for a special occasion.

eating there is an unbelievable experience in the beauty and delicacy of Japanese cuisine. The dishes were works of art AND delicious. We were nearly the only non-Japanese people there.
