Johnny's Hamburgers

tasty food, fast food, greasay food :) grouchy staff (though they are passing the reins onto the younger, nicer, less-soup-nazi-like generation) broken down picnic benches mobbed by sea gulls, bright orange sign, and always busy. open late, and a toronto landmark/staple. need i say more?

Because they are delicious and always the same. You are never disapointed at Johnny's. We have been going there since before we were married and never been let down.

the burgers rock my world

The service is quick and entertaining. Their hamburgers are simple and delicious as is their souvlaki on a bun. They also have excellent onion rings.

they're a little greasy, but the tastiest ever!

Traditional burgers, nothing fancy, not even any seats, just quick delicious burgers fresh off the grill. They are so traditional, they are all dressed in orange shirts and paper hats

The gravy is so good.

Simply one of the best burger places in town. Sure the staff wear paper hats and the place looks dingy, but the burgers tastes as if you went out, bought the best beef patty you can find, and cooked it on your background grill. Always steady with customers, whether it's lunch time or 9:30 at night because of their delicious city famous burgers.

I go for the onion rings. The burgers are pretty good too.
