Espresso Post - collingwood.

If you've picked another Americano as your favourite you haven't been here yet. It's so good not only would I drive over an hour to taste it, but I'd run over whoever got in my way en route. The owner is a Barista ninja from the mecca of coffee - Seattle - and does it right in this former post office on the main drag in Collingwood.

I went here and found out why Mark the owner is the Canadian Champion. Fantastic shop. Great coffee and great people!!

Small town - big coffee. It used to be a post office so its pretty quaint, comfortable and friendly. Love this place - the espresso is very very good. They've won awards! if you get a latte they also do Latte Art. Baked goods fresh daily.
