It has the coolest decor, the employees are friendly and helpful. The clothes are very trendy and not outrageously expensive.
They have adorable clothes over a wide price range. So, while you can go and drool over the more expensive items, you can leave with your shopping craving sated by their cheaper tops or accessories.

It's not super expensive for decent quality. I bought a "suit" (blazer and matching trousers) for about $150. It's comfy and doesn't look cheap.
I seem to be having pretty good luck with their 20-25% off sales.
you can find some gems in there and pay next to nothing. I still am amazed sometimes when I look at the bill. College and Yonge seems to be the best one.
