the smell inside the store is heavenly and the staff are so helpful. You can taste before you buy, so don't be afraid to admit your ignorance about cheese. The dummer you are, the more you get to taste, so enjoy!

you should try the Sprintz, and the Tete Du Moine - you will talk about it at parties and your friends will think you're crazy because you are so obsessed with this new cheese that you tried BUT you will feel compelled to rave about it.

There is a limited selection of cheese but the rotation is often and the prices unbeatable. Roquefort is always my price comparison point and at approx $36/kilo it knocks the socks off every other place selling at $45. You do have to buy quite a bit at a time but grab a bottle of wine and share it with friends, they'll love you for it. House aged balsamic and a dizzying array of beautiful imports make it a go to place for sure.

This place is killer. Fast and Frinedly staff, Wide selections, and great quality. Free yourself from the confines of the A&P deli section, you don't live with your parents anymore, so stop eating your parents' boring cheese. I mean, come on already.

The sweet stench of fine cheese mingles draws me in and i find myself walking out with mouth watering merguez sausages or those tiny little Cornichons pickles. The lady here is great, but it should be noted that the "Frenchman" (ie..transplanted Newbrunswicker) is a bit of a moody grump early in the A.M.

They allow you to sample their goods, plus they teach cheese classes right there in the evenings and on weekends. You can also pick up fresh bread, fruit compotes, gourmet salts, dressings and more!

the guys who work there are generous with the samples, savvy on the cheese front, and have some kind of voodoo power to find your perfect partner, cheesily speaking.
