They use gourmet ingredients and have quite the variety of free toppings to pile on to your burger and sesame/poppy seed bun. The location at Queen & Palmerston is open late which is great when you've had a bit too much to drink at one of the nearby bars.
Best burger in Toronto. Not up to par with Moderne Burger in Vancouver, but still absolutely delicious. Cash only, but bring enough for a Steam Whistle and the sweet potato fries
the burger was really meaty - in a good way. Great burger flavour while having enough juice and toppings to offset it. Be sure to ask for Mustard and Ketchup - the mustard adds a very nice tang. (Spread it on the bun!)
They have the biggest burgers I have ever seen...they hang over the bun by an entire bun sometimes...and they taste excellent... and the vibe makes me feel like a kid again
I always spend at least 20 minutes deciding what to order. From the Indian burger to the Greek burger, the choices are plentiful and all delicious. Great veggie burgers and the best pub food I've tasted in a long time!
The burgers are made of very good beef and all the toppings are fresh and tasty. A little pricey so I don't reccomend their sides.......just the burgers.

Most of the things I put in my mouth are simply vehicles for cheese--crackers, scrambled eggs, toast, apples. This list, of course, also includes burgers. I never deviate from my usual when we have dinner at the Griff; Cheezy Triple Cheese with a slice of tomato and if I'm feeling sinful: bacon.
Comforting Friday night burger & sweet potato fries with a choice of mayos and huge glasses of wine. I sit at the bar, and I'm surprised at the wonderful side salad every time. Two of the best hours I spend on the weekend.
Stout Drunken Burger is the best damn burger in town! Here's the description from the menu: "brushed with our famous stout drunken BBQ sauce and topped with sautéed mushrooms, jack cheese and BBQ peameal bacon." Could you ask for anything more?

they're huge, made fresh to order, generous with toppings. Get one with a side of onion rings, and it's all good.
they are great, inexpensive, and easy to get to also.
I dunno if it is the seasonings or what, but this burg is the best bar none. Half pound and with whatever yo want on it. (I get sauteed onions and shrooms.) Wash it down with a pint, with the Leafs on, pure heaven. Best in Toronto, maybe all of Ontario!
