Place to Take the Kids

Oh man, this is more of a way-back memory for me but yeah, total fun. Buy your playcards or visit when they have their powerplay specials and play tons of video games to your heart's delight. I think they got rid of their climbing wall, but the go-karts are still there and one lap just doesn't seem to be enough.

It's a laid back day to go over to the island. It's great to have a ferry ride and the people watching is awesome. Centreville adds to the fun especially if you have young children. But I'd always go for a ride on the log flume - especially when they will even let you go on facing backwards!

Cause there's so much to do and see. I look forward to it every year.

The kids get to be creative and you do too! Great fun for all ages, and its all functional stuff that you can actually use later! Get your kids to put their handprints on a mug for your morning coffee! Its genius!

it's lots of fun for grown ups too! The sports arcade is the best place to challenge your friends - throw baseballs, race wheelchairs and bikes, and see who can jump with the least impact. They also have a great educational music exhibit.

It's why my own mind was brought to the understanding that science isn't something beaten into you with text books and tests. Science is life! And that's coming from an English- lit student. This is a place that is fun for all ages and reminds us all that science is not just critical to understand, it's fun and it's wonderous!

you never outgrow it. It's so big, and the outdoor spaces are so nice, it's like a walk in the park with an added bonus of all kinds of cool animals.
