Persian Restaurant

The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. You feel like you are in a traditional Persian spot and they have they the best variety of stews in the city. Fesenjan is my favourite and they always add pomegranate on top as their garnish. Yum!!

If you have any experimental bone in your body. you should definately check out this place. I do love my middle east food ;]

the delicious barbecued kebabs served with a heap of fragrant basmati rice will make the unitiated understand why the many discerning Persian families dining at Zaffron on any given night are regulars. In the heart of 'Tehranto', it's one of the fancier restaurants in the 'hood, serving up simple, accessible food that's fit for all seasons. If you're a meat eater, you'd be wise to pass on the Italian items and head straight to the charcoal barbecue section of the menu.

Very classy restaurant/bar/lounge. Koobideh Loghmegh (grilled, ground, gnashed, minced sirloin kabob wrapped in flat lavash bread!) and Doogh (carbonated yoghurt drink) stand out.

So far, this is place the best takeout Kabob in Toronto, It is Charbroiled and very very fresh. You can go for the Kobedeh (minced beef meat), or you could pay a bit more and buy Sultani (Filet Minion kabob... it very tasty). The price is really good. Make sure to sprinkle the Sumak on the rice and the meat plate :)

It's 10 minutes drive from my work. For $6, I will get a very great and very fresh tasting Kobodeh (minced beef meat on a stick) with rice and a drink. It taste great, And the service is very friendly.
