I love the finishes and fixtures in the building – green roof, living wall, original wood beams and hardwood – and the number of amazing businesses and non-profits in this building blows my mind!

of all the natural light that the soaring atrium lets in and the awesome architecture.

The architectual design, concept, and earth consciousness behind it's overall design is awesome. The view from it's patio is breathtaking.

It's a great little building -- Toronto's first or second Post Office. Also, Conrad Black got busted on camera sneaking documents out the back door.

Go check it out, seriously. Nothing but art galleries and artsy businesses, giant plants in the hallways and stairwells, huge central courtyard with toys ....
