It has a great selection of different martini's, I'd highly suggest the The SOHO Cocktail Martini.
A wide selection of Martinis (love their Chocolate Martini and Pomegranate Martini) and they have weekday specials for $5! Can't go wrong :)
They have the yummiest sake lychee martinis in town.
They make it the best. Also they are willing to work with you to make your favourite martini. People that work there are great and the croud is awesome. The only drawback is the space on the patio in the summer. Not enough.

the bartender has discovered the magic equilibrium of vodka and vermouth that makes them go down so easy. Combined with the awesome jukebox, this place makes for a great late night - if you can get a seat.
The place is really narrow and has construction all outside, but the selection of martinis is extensive. So many to choose from. Lots of sweeter martinis for people who dont like to taste the alcohol (which I do), so definitely a good place for novice martini drinkers. Try to get a zebra-print booth in the front so you aren't crammed into the side or back area.

I’m a pepper lover and The Refined Lemonade martini has a sugar and roasted pepper rim. Its super sweet at first and then the pepper completely explodes in your mouth! You’ll taste it for a long time afterwards.
Pomegranate! Add some rock shrimp and sweet potato wedges for an amazing pre-night feast. Yum!
I'm not usually one for sweet drinks, but their specialty martinis are amazing. The Reservoir Red is a chocolate raspberry martini that avoids being too sweet with fresh crushed raspberries.

They have a huge selection, the atmosphere is really laid back and social, but what it comes down to is price, 5$ martinis every night! Oh ya and its stumbling distance from my place in Little Italy.

on Tuesday's they have a decent selection for 1/2 price... and live jazz.
they have a great variety (although i only drink one)!
there's just something cool about their martini in that environment.
