Great organics selection. Love the tea, soap, and soy milk selections. One of the biggest I've seen in the city. Cramped, cool atmosphere.

Food is fresh, you get a great selection, service is wonderful.

I come mostly for food stuffs and not supplements, and I love cruising the bulk bins. Not only are most of the bulk products a good deal, but they have almost everything under the sun in the way of pasta, rice, flour, sugar, coffee, tea, spices, and who knows what else. My new favourite item is Pumpkin Flax Granola - yum. Also, the owners are friendly and helpful with finding stuff when it's not too busy.
