You have never tried butter chicken and naan until you ate here. like butter ;)
Best Tikka Masala, ladyfingers and Bhatura
This chain's always had decent food, but the location on Yonge, just north of Sheppard, it the best of the group. The staff are personable, and will make you feel at home.
My family went to eat at LaHore Tikka on Gerrard the other night and we sat on their patio that is a tent with picnic tables and very nice music playing in the background. Food was the best Indian i ever had and the service was pleasant and very welcoming.I would give it a 5 star rating!
it's close to home near High Park and the Junction neighbourhood has lots of great shops
I've eaten at a bunch of good Indian restaurants in Montreal, and they all serve beef. This is the first Indian place I've tried in TO, and they don't serve beef for religious reasons. I was impressed by that, and loved the food. Made for great leftovers too. :)
Yes, you sit in a drafty portable at picnic tables (blame the never-ending reno), and yes, you must eat from paper and styrofoam using plastic utensils. But Lahore's south Asian homestyle cookery is so good, you'll have a hard time remembering the annoyances. Feast on remarkably delicious grilled meats and fish, savoury curries, perfect pilau, flatbreads, lassi and ice cream. And enjoy the prompt and friendly service.
The food is to die for, and the decor is great too. Good location.

The food is absolutely fresh and amazing. I love their spinach and cheese dish!
Love the foooooood!!!! 7.99 for a meat buffet and 6.99 for a veggie buffet!!! Their nan bread is amazing and freshly baked! Flaky and soft!!! Mmmmmmm!!!! The owners are a sweet couple and entertain their customers which is very nice.
The restaurant is small, intimate and casual.
Conveniently located at the corner of Yonge and St. Charles.
The butter chicken and garlic naan is INSANE....
GREAT food. So fresh, so flavourful. The service was pretty bad for the first 6 months, but they're getting better, and the food makes any bad service worth it, anyway! Try the spinach daal, the butter chicken, the korma... mmmm. It's what we're having for Valentine's day dinner!
The naan is super fresh and the somosa delicious. They have the best chicken masala and chicken korma in Toronto.
My boyfriend and I can stuff our faces with the city's best Indian food for $30, total. Buffet has also had rave reviews although I haven't been lucky enough to partake...
Very fast & affordable indian food. Bit more like ethinic food. Try their combo plates for 2 at $24.00 , 3 people can easily have them, or pack them for next day!
friendly waiters, celeb sightings, delicious food!
I hate to write this down, because it is the best , but small so I might not get a seat
Best butter chicken I have ever had -
Dont take my word for it , they were also featured on food network for the best butter chicken in Town .
And never miss their Malabar chicken -
