Downtown hotel

It has to be one of the most incredible hotels in the city. It has so much history and beauty. The staff are gracious and very hospitable. Loved our stay!!

Wonderful rooms. Amazing shower. The service was nice. The pay-per-view movies didn't work, but at least they didn't work on a flat screen tv. All-in-all, 4/5 stars. :)

It is centrally located to everything, the rooms have washer, dryer, mini fridge, microwave, two burners, sink; and most of all the greatest view of downtown. My room on the 33 floor looked up Yonge st at the Eatons centre, wow

They have an amazing spa located inside, as well as beautiful rooms, with lots of room. Kind and friendly staff. Excellent service. On Customer satisfaction i give them 5 stars.

this hotel offers beautiful accommodations and luxurious amenities but it's not only for out-of-towners. they have a great patio (skylounge) -- perfect for relaxing and enjoy a cocktail during the hot months. It's also popular with the celebrities during the Toronto International Film Festival.

We stayed in one of their suites for our anniversary it it was really fun. They have heated marble floors in the bathroom and the bed was really comfortable. I was impressed with how clean everything was and the good service. We ordered room service and the burger and fries were crazy good. I would definetly stay here again.

They are really great about unusual stains on the carpet, linens, etc.
