it features modern Chinese design and furnitures and comfortable spacious seating which is key! It's very popular, especially on Friday and Saturday nights like all other Bubble Tea places but this place is huge with 2 floors.

Have been going there for a year and a half. It's nice and small, as well, location is perfect because it's in Yorkville beside Tony&Guy. Summer and Winter specials are great! My favourite is the coconut tea, as well as the iced milk tea with tapioca!

The atmosphere is nice and their drinks are great. I wouldn't recommend their actual snacks, but the bubble tea is awesome. They usually have cards that you can borrow to play with your friends while sucking tapioca through a straw.

Those little black tapioca balls might not have entirely caught on but maybe it's just because it's not done right at most of the places pouring out tasty fruity tealishy drinks. Ten Rens knows how to do it right with a good soft and chewy ball that's not at all mushy or hard at the same time. Love me some taro black milk tea these days. It's rich and somehow refreshing all at once with a nice mild bitter edge to balance the sweet.

albeit being a crowded and nosey place, it is a great place to drink bubble tea that is made fresh and chill out with friends playing cards, talkings, or reading magazines.

REAL bubble tea with REAL flavours. Not those powder crap that most of the bubble tea places put in these days.

yes, it is hard these days to find a bubble tea shop that does not use powder crap. This is one of them with REAL favours
