Escarpment Rail Trail (Hamilton)

The trail begins near Stinson St./ Victoria Ave. I like the bike trail because it is mostly shaded by trees , which makes it cooler even at noon. While on the trail, there are a couple of open areas that gives you an opprtunity to enjoy a view of hamilton from the mountain. Towards the end of the trail you'll need to cross a road and that trail will take you right to Albion Falls. This waterfall is absolutely beautiful!!

It's a comfortable ride, only 1 hill, you could also walk/run it too. It's mainly in the sun so be prepared!!! Usually bug free ride, i find they usually come out when it gets dark...then WATCH OUT!

feels like you're leaving the city behind, but at the same time, there are some terrific views of the Toronto skyline. There are lots of places to stop along the way, including beaches, Centreville amusement park, and the island cottages.

You can go pretty far before hitting any road. It's like you've left the city. At dusk in the summer little bunnies hop all over the trails....And I hear some deer live down there too!

One of my favorite places to bike as a kid. Some serious hills, bridges and three spots were you can rest and listen to the subway run underground from Eglinton West to St. Clair West.

Their pizza is always hot, tangy, delicious, and juicy! Pizza Hut in my opinion has the best tasting crust, because the crust is nice and tender and moist!
