If you've picked another Americano as your favourite you haven't been here yet. It's so good not only would I drive over an hour to taste it, but I'd run over whoever got in my way en route. The owner is a Barista ninja from the mecca of coffee - Seattle - and does it right in this former post office on the main drag in Collingwood.

this is one quality espresso big sister people. Prepared with skill and served up by friendly counterfolk. Plus - anything you get to go with your coffee is delicious. And so is a browse at the clothing boutique upstairs.

It's delicious! It's also a great creative space, if you're like me and like to get your writing done in coffee shops. They have a giant table where everyone sits together, or a side "anti-social" corner.

they whip it up fresh and serve it it an tall glass... not too strong, but definitely not weak either...lovely.

they make it perfectly strong - and will add a splash of steamed milk ... if you ask nicely.
