St. Lawrence Market

The people are friendly and most of their stuff is from Ontario farms. A great place for buying meats like turkeys for Thanksgiving!

I love to get my baking ingredients from the bulk store in the basement, all the way in the back in the southwest corner. Upstairs beside Carousel Bakery, you can get anything, from cookie cutters to industry-standard baking pans -- their stuff is restaurant quality.

Awesome - sooo much to choose from

the st. lawrence market is just one of those places you have to go in order to understand the appeal. there are some really great booths with fresh produce, bakeries, gourmet spreads, pre-made meals ... you name it. it is open until 7:30 which is great for last minute dinners. i would highly suggest their eggplant and tomato stacks found in the basement level across from the fruit stand.
