The Yellow Griffin

I always spend at least 20 minutes deciding what to order. From the Indian burger to the Greek burger, the choices are plentiful and all delicious. Great veggie burgers and the best pub food I've tasted in a long time!

Most of the things I put in my mouth are simply vehicles for cheese--crackers, scrambled eggs, toast, apples. This list, of course, also includes burgers. I never deviate from my usual when we have dinner at the Griff; Cheezy Triple Cheese with a slice of tomato and if I'm feeling sinful: bacon.

Fantastic burgers, a great way to start though, is with the giant stack of onion rings, served with a really nice dip too

Some will find this a weird place for fave fries since it specializes in burgers, but do not let the accompaniment fool you. On my first visit, I finished the fries before I touched the burger.

Man oh man oh man. Choose a burger type (bison, lamb, beef, chicken, or veggie), choose from one of over 35 visionary topping combos (we had stilton, roasted garlic and walnut on lamb, and avocado, mango, and bacon on beef), a side (from slaws and greens to various potato creations and other starchy stuff), and then - dig in. The portions are generous, so order a frosty pint to help you along.

They have 35 of them, some with peanut butter. It's on the opposite side of the city, but I'm happy to do the pilgrimmage.

there are so many delicious combos of flavour with funny names to boot. what other place offers a variety of 35 different burgers? plus you get the choice of a chicken breast, pork escalope, bison, beef, lamb, turkey or veggie patty to base it all on.

this place has the most outrageous, delicious burgers and so much variety. You choose the type of burger pattie, toppings, sides. And when you're done, you can walk it off in High Park!

They claim to be able to make 1,470 different burgers. With six different types of patties to choose from and 35 house specialties with names that are fun to order, you're bound to find a favourite -mine is the Bollywood burger.

@ UWO there was a diner that had a Peanut Butter and Bacon Burger called the wally Burger- sounds gross, but is amazing. The Yellow Griffin has over 35 burger varietals and the Wally Burger (Skipper Dipper) is one of them to be coveted.
