Actually, just for the record, Spot coffee makes all of their food fresh. The chicken, the pizza, the egg salad, even the salad dressing!(The Chai for their chai lattes is also fresh, they boil it right there in the cafe and sweeten it with all natural ingredients) They do not put cheap processed cheese on your omelet...they actually slice that themselves in the kitchen (I asked...they have a cheese slicer) If the internet is down, all you have to do is tell one of the employees and they will gladly go reset it for you.It sounds to me like you just had a specifically bad experience at spot and never gave it another chance. Keep in mind that it gets really hectic in there and it's hard for the employees to pay personal attention to you and your needs. Cut them some slack.Also, considering the food is made fresh when you order and is very filling, i really don't think $10 is overpriced for a chicken sandwich and a salad.

That's too bad. I have always had great food, and fantastic customer service at SPoT Coffee. The people are always smiling, and very animated. It is quite clean, and the food is of a quality much higher than that of Starbucks, who I believe make their sandwiches early in the morning and leave them out all day. Everything at SPoT is fresh. Check it out again!
