nowhere else can a person find such varied and exciting art events. There are traditional gallery openings in restaurants and on the street, as well as performance art, and it encompasses venues all around the city. An amazing experience, and not to be missed.

Nuit Blanche is that *spark* that something that is so different and mind expanding - a kick in the head to remind you why Toronto RULES! It's doors open all night and it's a doors open to people's minds and creativity too. We went all over the city and went home so full of wonder and appreciation for the creativity in this city.

It's so European, with everyone out and about walking the streets. The city comes alive like for no other event.

The first 4 hours of last year's Nuit Blanche was taken over by kids and parents zooming in and out of galleries, exploring installations in city parks, playing music on a hydraulophone (pictured) and skipping through the fog at Philosophers Walk. Can't wait for this year's event!
