i always get the "california classic" on the menu, with pecans and avocados. it's big, filling and very tasty - get the house dressing.

they come with a side order of peanut sauce, which doesn't taste the best, but is a nice smell that goes with the fries. And they give variety of crispy and soft fries.

They are great great fries, the thai peanut sauce is the perfect dip for them.

The Energy Bowl is just that. A light curry sauce over brown rice with tofu and veggies. So delicious and flavourful.

I absolutely love this place. They make tofu taste spectacular! Even though everything on the menu is fantasic, I always seem to gravitate to the Energy Bowl.

They make a mean urban wrap. And when I need to put something healthy in my body, Fresh always hits the spot.

The food is always good. The smoothies are great. I get the big salad (me! A salad-hater) and the date almond smoothie. It's dee-lish.

I have yet to recreate the warm and wholesome deliciousness of the pancakes from Fresh. Sweet with a hint of sourness from the buckwheat flour, their texture is also perfectly balanced with the right fluffiness to crunch (from the toasted sliced almonds) ratio.

if you go for weekend brunch, they have amazing pancakes...the banana nut pancakes have bananas, walnuts, pecans and cashews baked right into the pancakes. I've never seen pancakes like that before, and they were delicious! Unless you're super hungry, you might want to order the kids size - I could barely eat half of the adult size order.

Get it with soba noodles instead of rice and it's perfect. I've never ordered anything else and I don't have to.

the California Classic is an amazing flavour combo.

they make them with real fresh fruit -- not processed juices and syrups like some other smoothie places. This one is called First Kiss - pineapple, strawberry & banana. So refreshing on a summer day.

they are baked I think, because they are not greasy at all but still crisp and roast. The house mayo is the best dip!
