Dufflet Pastries

I love their cakes and tarts, especially the carrot cake.

there is nothing that can compare to a cake from dufflet's. period. new york style cheesecake in a rich shortbread crust; topped with real raspberry compote, 'crusted' with white chocolate flakes. wow, definitely one of the smoothest cheesecakes i have ever tried, and tons more that are on my wish list!
