Favourite things at Don Valley Trail (down to the Beaches)

down to the Beaches or up towards Sunnybrook Park is great for running. You can go for a long or short run, it's quiet & car free and not too hilly either.

It's long enough and secluded enough to make one feel like they've escaped the city for the weekend without having to fight traffic to get there, and the trail goes through parks, forests, and by the lake.
