the cake had awesome presentation coupled with the perfect combination of ingredients allowing the flavours to blend together instead of having one overpowering another ;)

the amount of mousse was balanced nicely with a soft layer of cake...and the mango flavour was just right =)

it has an interesting taste that will keep you guessing what other food taste like it. Too bad it was just an appetizer =(
