Sushi pizza is a delicious invention. But I miss the amazing sushi in Japan - I lived there for 3 years. One of the schools I taught at was right on the Pacific ocean near Oarai, and the fish caught near there were sent every day to Tsukiji fish market. It was amazing to go for lunch to the sushi place just next to my school. Fish straight from the ocean. Yum.
