Fave Picture Hong Kong-style baked pork chop rice is one of my favorite dishes. Its a very popular dish that can be found in most HK Style Cafes. We waited a bit long for it, (20 minutes) but the wait was well worth it, too bad I couldn't finish the entire plate.
