Fave art gallery & toy store in one is at Magic Pony because quite possibly the quirkiest store in the greater toronto area. there is nothing like a stop into magic pony to get your imagination going. there is a ridiculous selection of plush animals, rubber figurines of little monsters and a pretty interesting assortment of creative reads. the back of the store is a really serene gallery promoting local talent. if you dont have time to stop in, magic pony is the place to do some window shopping. room #204 by toronto designer Scott Eunson.

Fave casual french restaurant is at Le Saint Tropez because being a big fan of appetizers, i tend to gravitate towards the strong flavoured dishes offered at le saint tropez. my favourites are "assiette de légumes marinés et fromage de chèvre" (marinated vegetables topped with goat cheese) and "croquettes de brie" (warm crisp brie, with apple ring and a wild berry chutney) to finish off a fantastic meal there is nothing like a "profiterole au chocolat" (with french vanilla ice cream & hot chocolate sauce) all for under $25.00.

Fave fresh grourmet sunday brunch is at Richtree Market Restaurants because there is nothing like a long walk throught the streets of downtown toronto on a warm summer's day. stopping in at the BCE richtree tops off the afternoon perfectly with their delightfully fresh selections of pasta, panini's, salad, seafood, bbq options, as well as more desserts and goodies than you can imagine. continuing that lovely afternoon stroll may be required to work off this brunch.

Fave Warehouse Shopping is at Costco Wholesale because If for nothing more than a Sunday outing, I love Costco. Their meat is outstanding and the sample ladies make it fun. I love trying new products. Most of all I love Costco's customer service. If you're not happy with a product...it's a no questions asked situation. They take it back and refund your money. From my experience here in Toronto this is very unlike other Canadian vendors who once they get hold of your cash will do anything not to give it back.

Fave italian restaurant is at Banfi because Banfi serves up great pizza and pasta as well as an amazing beef carpaccio. Nothing beats their homemade tomato sauce, which is simply delicious. The staff is also super friendly.

Fave Women's Clothing is at Melanie Lynn because I found a fabulous sales lady there who tuned into my needs. I went from possibly buying 1 shirt and a jacket to buying 3 pairs of pants, a jacket and 4 shirts. I love it all and nothing got returned later.

Fave All You Can Eat Japanese is at Aji Sai because Another all you can eat Japanese. You can never have enough of these. The restaurant is very nice on the inside, what looks to be bamboo floors and benches. As for the food, there is nothing that really stands out, but they do have a wide variety of sushi's/maki/rolls etc. The food is pretty standard in terms of what is offered and the taste is on par with other Japanese restaurants. The time from food ordering until food delivery is pretty fast. I would personally still prefer Sushi Island.
