my kids love getting their hair cut there with the chairs. The train is a fave, so is the monkey. And the TVs distract them so they don't fuss too much.
totally yummy, authentic Indian food - rich and delicious. Good for sharing.
Pumpkinfest goes on all of October and the sea of pumpkins is amazing
it's free, easy parking and you really feel like you've escaped the city. Real animals, a barn, gorgeous flowers - all the classics - it's a pretty special place
the view from the Pasta Bar is amazing and the old school decor from the early 80s when I forst went there still works (great food of course too)
because it's my favourite, natch! Seriously though, it's adorable and the service is great and my kids laugh everytime I say let's go to My Favourite Ice Cream store with that play on words
it's small and the instructors are great (and there is a Starbucks acros the street for after!)
it's hot! Literally - 40 degrees - and it's got great windows all around it too
my kids LOVE the duck outside and I LOVE the coffee gelato.
it is a hidden little secret right at Avenue & Bloor and they make the best martinis in town
