Re: Fave Pizza at Terroni

New place is pretty good but liked the intimacy and funkiness of the old place on Victoria better. They are supposedly reopening it next year. Looking forward to it.

my goodness. you look away for a second, and bam! fave-o-rama. Nice faves sista. I've saved a few of your picks. Those dumplings from the basement sound interesting, and northern Vietnamese strikes my fancy too. The food in Hanoi was awesome, and I haven't had any like it since. Keep 'em comin!

Love it. Big chunks of delicious buttery fattening chicken chunks. Mopping up the sauce with Naan bread is the best part.

Nothing says summer like checking out a show at the Molson Amp. Can't let the season go by without seeing at least one big show there.

Small classes. Lots of individual attention and you always leave feeling like you actually got a workout.

It's quiet and beautiful, esp in the spring as the trees are just starting to bud. Lots of hills too, which makes it all the more painful err ... difficult. :P

Great organics selection. Love the tea, soap, and soy milk selections. One of the biggest I've seen in the city. Cramped, cool atmosphere.

Great burgers and beer. No frills. Decent people. Good place to take a large group of people on a Friday night.

They have so many different kinds you can't find elsewhere. Sit down, get a beer and chow down on their meat and cheese platters.

It really is. The coffee is the real deal, strong and hot like coffee should be. It's a perfect date spot, good music, great Kensington Market atmosphere. And they play and sell records. Awesome.

The interesting people you meet along the way (and the cute dogs). The city disappears for a little while and you forget you're surrounded by concrete.

The place on Yonge and Dundas is great for deals on the latest camera equipment. The staff is knowledgeable and seems to know their stuff. Love the dusty old feel of the place too.

I like the new reno, it's clean and shiny in there now and the chicken noodle pho rocks. The deep fried spring rolls aren't too shabby either. Deliciously greasy.

The new location on Adelaide in the old Courthourse has a great atmosphere -- warm and cozy. Try the Quattro Stagione (Four Seasons) pizza. It's the size of a Goodyear. And, finish it off with a powerful espresso or cappuccino. Delicious.

The wings are fiery hot and delicious. The perfect place to chow down and make an absolute mess of yourself in public. Yum.

It's so tiny. The smallest bar in Toronto, York Station is tucked away inside the Royal York Hotel. Very off the beaten path, the cozy little bar is a great escape and is only open until 7 p.m.

People are so friendly, both the staff and the locals who make this place a second home. The furniture inside is comfy, the patio is shady and huge and the desserts are enormous.
faved on 12/23/2007 5:31:42 PM report abuse
The service is fast and the plates are bigger than me. It's close to the Eaton Centre and Massey Hall which makes it such a convenient place to stop in withouth a reservation and get a quick bite before a concert or major shoppping trek.

Because the hand rolls are the best and the freshest I've had in a long time. Service is really speedy too.

It's the best rink in the city, tucked away by the lake. It's a great place to spend a cold January afternoon, working off the pounds after the holidays are over and you're bored and looking for something fun to do.
