Laser Quest 3269 American Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, L4V 1V4, Oshawa My friends and I still go here on occasion, it's just so fun! It might be better if they changed the layout once in a while -- it's been open for 12+ years without a single renovation in the gamespace itself -- but still plenty of fun. Has the feel of a small-town area with quaint stores but with the modern-day staples included -- there's even a Chapters! Nice, quiet lounging spot smack-in-the-middle of one of the busiest areas in the city! Relax under a shady tree after a Queen Street West spree, bring a book or just nap--but avoid that on Wed around 5pm when the "Feed the Hungry" program is running. Also lovely if you like old-fashioned places--the view of Osgoode Hall is spectacular. The gardens are beautiful, and the Law Society employs a full-time horticulturalist exclusively for this! Awesome parlour straight out of the '50s -- literally! Reminds me of Pop Tate's in Archie comics, minus the indoor seating. Limited bench space outside, but people often just sit on their hoods and hang out retro-style! Selection is similar to others, but with richer (and fattier...) ingredients -- just wait till you've that ice cream! -- plus funnel cakes and other specialties. Every flavour sundae imaginable.
