injera. what other ethiopian joints have you tried? i personally looooove... lalibela the most. ethiopian house works in a pinch. the veggie options are always the best ones.

Don't worry, I'm sure you'll win next time. Psh is usually a debate ender as it's extremely difficult to come back with something as intelligible as that. =) I'll be sure to try some of your faves. You must be some sort of a writer, your reviews are very descriptive and entertaining...looking forward to hearing more...

first of all, may i just say that whenever i look down at my "faves" stats and see the you have: 1 friends line, i have to laugh just because it looks so ridiculously pitiful. even so, i'm glad that you're my first friend :) wanna go play on the monkey bars at recess? i'm glad i've convinced you to go to the carrot for real, and yes, i do have an interest in alternative medicine. in fact, i would even go so far as to say it's my secret passion. my mum is a nutritionist & holistic practitioner so i've learned a lot about various alternative healing practices simply by growing up in that environment...kinda like learning through osmosis? but to answer your question, yes, it's worked out for me very well. i'm not gonna go tom cruise on anyone's ass and say that traditional medicine doesn't have its place, but i strongly believe the universe (yes, even the extraterrestrials) would be better off if we were more open to these alternatives, and more wary of taking quick-fix drugs. i think a lot of what the drug industry does is pretty criminal...phew! that was one expletive short of a rant! I am going to ecuador to teach English at a language school, but i'm also hoping to get involved with some not-for-profit social programs while i'm there...and YES! i am so, so excited mixed with a teeny weeny bit of nervousness...but mostly excitement...makes it hard to sleep at night sometimes! question for you: are you actually a subtitle editor or is that just a random job you picked to list on your profile for fun? cause if that's your pretend job then i get to be the person who comes up with the names for new colours...or a competitive basket-weaver. and yup, life feels pretty blissful right now...hope life feels equally amazing for you! -alex ps. my "fave" book is jane eyre (thought we should include at least some faves as a guise over our blatantly social communication...wouldn't want to get busted by the thought police)

Funny stuff

I would take an ideal coffee over a velociraptor any day. The dinosaur comment did make me laugh though.
