Boa
3217 Yonge Street, Toronto
This store has got me out of a jam a couple of times when I’ve been in serious need of a new outfit for an event. They have new pieces sent to the store weekly, so every visit is a surprise! (There are also cute bags and casual wear.)

The Drake Hotel
1150 Queen Street West, Toronto
What’s great about the Drake is that you have options -- depending on your mood, you can sit in a quiet corner to chat, have a drink upstairs on the patio, or dance the night away downstairs in the Underground.
