Re: Fave fig pizza at Il Fornello

Agree, great Pizza and decent atmosphere. Bolognese sauce is pretty good as well.

Re: Fave Gourmet to go at Dash Kitchen

I agree with your comments on Dash. If you like Dash, I think you will like our place when we get it going on Queen East. Concept will be similar to Dash. Looking to do "Comfort-Gourmet" . I'll keep you posted on our progress. D

it's really far out at 126 Rogers, but super authentic compared to a lot of the other places around town. really nice people. i dropped in just minutes after closing and he put together an order for me with whatever he had left of the day.

Re: Fave Cheap Eats at Messini Authentic Gyros

Try St Loius or Alexandro's just steps away from there. It's better!.

Re: Fave Cheap Eats at Messini Authentic Gyros

Out of the three places on the Danforth, Messinis, St Louis, Alexandro's... Messinis is the least flavorfull. The best bang for the buck is St louis but you cant really sit down. Alexandro's is good but more money. Messini just has the image but not the good food
