I can't quite make it to the hot yet - but I've finally graduated to the medium-hot. The portions are huge and usually last me into lunch the next day. My favorite is the mattar paneer.
The nicest produce in the city. Great cuts of meat and excellent selection of seafood. The cheese area is a must stop - be open to suggestions.

Man oh man oh man. Choose a burger type (bison, lamb, beef, chicken, or veggie), choose from one of over 35 visionary topping combos (we had stilton, roasted garlic and walnut on lamb, and avocado, mango, and bacon on beef), a side (from slaws and greens to various potato creations and other starchy stuff), and then - dig in. The portions are generous, so order a frosty pint to help you along.

they carry relatively affordable designer clothes - some unique items, and great art installations to explore as well...

The bags are splendid. And the people behind the bags are just as smart and fun. If you haven't checked out their spectacular and inspired Beer for Bags campaign, make a point of doing so next year. A bag for a 6 of Keith's and some Foster's tall boys. C'mon! Too great!

Their lunch specials are 4-8 dollars and so, so much food. Great quality for the price too!

Here Pussy Pussy Pussy......
Pussy willows aren't just grey.
Pick up a bunch of these uniquely red branched, black fuzzy pussy willows as something a little different for your home or even office space.
"zazou" is the french term for a "swing kid". This little jazz bar has great french-inspired appetizers and cocktails with live music friday and saturday nights.
everything is reasonably priced and at a level of derelict squalor that is more "found in an attic" than "found in a dumpster". He has a great collection of vintage typewriters at insanely great prices, considering how much they go for in other places. I probably could have haggled it lower, if I hadn't exclaimed, "WOW, really?!" when he told me the price.
Mini kobe hamburgers and tempura shrimp in the same meal makes for a happy me.
