The Momints have me hooked. And my sweet friends run the place, so sometimes I'm lucky enough to score giant loaves of Nana Bread. Mmmmm.
I can be the only female eating alone amoung 16 old men, and it feels cozy and non-threatening. Kind of like handing out in your basement in the '80s with Phil Collins records playing. But only this time you get some serious white breakfasts (don't expect brilliance) and some suprisingly delicious Chicken Swarma.
Susan does two pay-what-you-can classes on Tuesdays and I always feel amazing after her class. There's something very soothing about the space and about Susan's technique that is unlike any other yoga class I've tried.
It reminds you of what icecream tasted like when you were a kid. Creamy and blissful. The Atomic Chocolate is my all-time favourite. Dark Chocolate awesome.
There aren't alot of options for raw foodists in Toronto, but if you're into raw foods and the movement, this is a great place to snack on delicious things. It's also a great place to take someone who is a raw food skeptic. Mind-broadening goodness.
It's a great weakness. They make the perfect vegetarian version and I would marry it if it were legal.
