it's a chain in japan too. and internationally. it's not the best ramen i've ever had, but it's the best i've had in toronto. japanese style noodles are not as easy to find at vietnamese and chinese and so on i find - at least not downtown. anyway, i'll try your recommendation for ramen if i'm ever in that hood.
