Great faves, and thanks for the Trianon tip, I've been looking for a furniture store that has some classic/antique-y pieces so I'm going to check it out!

10/10 for food, staff and design. I won't ruin it for you but even the bill presentment is cool.

Fall of the bone delicious - a must order along with the grilled veggies with tofu. I know - you question me now, but you won't be after you have finished dining.

It is has the yummiest prepared food, in a georgous space with the greatest staff chefs! If you are having a BBQ or friends over for dinner and don't have time to prepare everything, they can help.

Forget those hipsters bowling bocce balls and swinging croquet mallets in Trinity Bellwoods Park. If you really want to be simultaneously sporty and subversive, we dare you to step onto a golf course. And not wearing old-school argyle knee-highs and pom-topped caps (as cheeky as those are). Outfit yourself in the stylish golf gear from Kensington Market’s newest boutique, Free Your Game.

Bison tenderloin to die for - perhaps at points a little over engineered but very yummy.

Buddha Dog
163 Roncesvalles Ave
Toronto p: 416-534-2007
Stop the presses! Toronto now has its own version of Crif Dog. For anyone that has lived in NYC you will be all to familiar with the siren call of Crif Dog. Worry not Torontonians because now you too can enjoy the pleasures of 10 cm's of deliciousness! I'd be lying if I didn't say I was jealous that Buddha Dog has beaten me to market, but at least I don't need to lie awake dreaming about the next time I am going to NYC for work. I can just pop over to Ronces'ies to satisfy my craving.

Tati Bistro
124 Harbord St
Toronto p: 416-962-8284
From the former owner and chef of Teatro comes Tati Bistro. Like everyone we grow up - we go from wanting to be at the 'it' spot crowded with people drinking and eating to the opposite. Where eating takes precidence over drinking (there is still lots of drinking but it's a nice chewy red vs a vodka redbull).

The Levack Block
88 Ossington Avenue
Toronto p: (416) 916-0571
I'll probably get in trouble for sharing this place. However a quick search for the Levack Block willl pull a bunch of results so word is getting out there. Skinny jeans and some article of AP clothing and you'll fit right in. All kidding aside Ossington is the new Queen West. Hot, fresh, young and cool.

If your tastes are more refined than sneakers and hoodies then check out Nomad - sister to Ransom. They have some great men's stuff from Comme Garcon to Wings & Horns. Someone once reffered to it as a "21st century trading post" - very true.

Because they carry the BBC|Ice Cream (Billionaire Boys Club) product by Pharrell Williams amongst other brands. Review below "Designed to look and feel like an interrogation room, this hushed shop is part of a too-cool-for-school family of boutiques (its sisters are Goodfoot and Nomad. Visitors are greeted by a security desk and surveillance monitors; the caged stockroom shows off high-end streetwear labels, including coveted New York, British and Japanese brands.
