This place is delightful. The pink interior, beautiful high top seating, great bistro menu, delicious wine list and fine looking waitstaff make this place a fine choice for a lovely night out . It reminds me of the Beaconsfield yet brighter. I had the burger and it was excellent. Oh yeah - They even make their own ketchup.
I finally gave in to temptation and ordered the incredibly decadent lamb, goat chese, pepper jus poutine. With a glass of wine, it tantalizes your taste buds.
The ambience is great. Many creative types have work meetings at this local hang out. The coffee is some of the best in the hood. They also have a great patio in the summer.
I have to say I have been converted... Manic is the best coffee I have had in awhile. I love Ella's and Le Gourmand but Manic is the apple of my eye right now. Kudos Manic, it is clear you take coffee very seriously.
I often have group meetings and this place makes the best sushi platters I know. Their sushi is always fresh and delicious!
OK I think I had my all time favourite dessert today at the Drake. It was a little bit of all things delicious. A shot of pure chocolate, a cup of creme brulee, a chocolate tart, a lemon tart and to end it off a nut wrapped chocolate icecream bar. Does it get better than this?
it certainly is different. It was salmom sashimi with creme fraiche and caviar - how fancy! It is visually very attractive. Interestingly enough, they serve it with chopped egg and capers. I would recommend it as a light lunch / appetizer.
it is consistently amazing food, service and vibe. Always so good! My fav dish is this grilled veal and pasta - a winner every time!
it reigns supreme! My fave dishes are spring rolls, ha gaw with snow peas, bok choy (baby), steamed rice, shrimp puree stuffed eggplant, chung fung with shrimp, bbq pork buns, and last but not least they validate parking in Yorkville .... you can't get better than that!
the atmosphere is very old world and the dirty martini is very fitting. It is also made extremely well - very cold and very good olives.

the selection is unbeatable and they are soooo fresh - to this day I have never had a bad oyster. Rodney is the most passionate oyster guy in town and it shows at his restaurant
what a crazy workout! 1 hour of heart pumping, sweat loving crazy exercise. The ambience is cool - nothing fancy or pretencious. You feel so great when you leave. It is very efficient - no wasting time. You lock your feet in your bike and you are off. Highly recommend this as a great way to get in shape.
wow - so delicious. I am shocked I have never had it there before. Order the noodle soup with lemongrass broth and shrimp.
It is so wonderful on a cold day.

delicious moules and frites. The broth has a coconut lime flavour to it. It was piled high with fries. The ambience in the place is nice - cool, warm and minimalist.
they have the nices selection of funky clothing and cufflinks that I have seen.

wow! lebanese know their stuff... amazing falafell, tasty tasty lentil soup, this super cool cauliflower dish...this refreshingly spicy Fatoush salad. Great ambience ... definitely a keeper!
the vibe, the selection, the staff.... amazing books. You don't have to sift through a million books to find ones you like. They only stock interesting books which makes it a perfect place to go when you need a gift or a new book to cosy up to.
it is looks like it is out of a fairy tale when the entire park is covered with fresh white snow, snowmen, snowballs, kids and parents tobogoning.... so refreshing and beautiful.
they offer great pieces at reasonable prices. The selection is good. Most of the furniture pieces are contemporary. The only challenge is they take awhile to bring them in but other than, highly recommend them.

um.... yeah - second day in a row for lunch - it doesn't disappoint even a second time!
NIcki makes the most stunning jewelery ever. She is a good friend of mine. Her creativity is amazing. Her jewellery makes a perfect gift for all the woman in your life. Great for festive gifts, valentine's gifts, birthday gifts. Definitely a fave of mine!
it is great for larget groups and the decor is stunning. The ceilings are really high!
it is very authentic pizza with a cool atmosphere. Perfect for late night grease after drinking too much but even when you are sober the pizza tastes amazing!
