If you like Terroni's carpaccio, you should try the bressaola next time - thinly sliced cured beef and capers, drizzled with great olive oil and garnished with generous thins of parm. Mmm. Rolled up with their bread? Mmmmm. That and the funghi assoluti and I'm in heaven.
