Juicy's fave Fitness is at Aradia Fitness Downtown Toronto because The instructors are so helpful, the studio is very welcoming and not intimidating like I thought it would be! I can move up at my own pace there is no pressure, women of all shapes, sizes and age are in the classes its amazing. Their patio is a great place to hang out with students after class too.
