I've learned my lesson... there's nothing more embarrassing than being caught hoarding food!

the pizza there normally comes with cheese, actually, but I just wanted to point out it's good with or without it!

I went on the day before Canada's Day - which was a full out Asian night due to Hi-Life's 10th anniversary. I should try going again on a weekend or something.

I finally went to the Yonge and Finch one! It's so much better than the First Markham one! The kamjatang was AMAZING! Thanks for the tip!

It's real! It's an off-broadway play called "Evil Dead: The Musical." It's absolutely hilarious! Great music! People in the first two rows get splattered with blood (fake, that is). They give out ponchos to those people and stuff. It's phenomenal!

King + Brant - new resto/lounge. It's gorgeous. Don't go for the food (bland and overpriced) but go for the decor/party atmosphere.

I grew up in North York and have always wanted to try out Paisano's. Alas, who knew that living downtown could have a downside? Usually I go for Asian when I head uptown but next time, I just might have to go for Italian! :) Thanks for the tip!

I know she's addictive! And soooooo reasonably priced for downtown. My guy friends say she's does killer alterations of men's dress shirts as well

deeeva74 wrote:

there is, you can either use the P parking close by (bit of a walk) or park in the Delta underground, little cheaper and the minute you step outside it's right there.

It was amazing - had it about a year ago though. Just edited that fave, so it rose to the top again. The guys at 5th Elementt had a special dinner for our whole staff last year, and they created a wonderful menu - a lobster tail dish, wonderful champagne mousse, delicious soup. I think if you check out the 5th Elementt page on OurFaves you may find more of my faves related to that meal there, and a bunch of others': http://toronto.ourfaves.com/places/5th_Elementt_Fine_Dining_Lounge
