Oh my goodness! I'm glad that someone who would REALLY know would also agree with my uneducated assessment that the food at Saravanna Bhavan is authentic and yummy. Woot! :) Another shared fave. My most extensive dosa-eating experiences are from Singapore and Malaysia but in Toronto, I really like the ones at Saravanna Bhavan best. I know that many people like Chennai Chef at Steeles & Kennedy, but I found the food I tried there a tad salty. Anyway, happy to learn that you (an obvious expert in the cuisine) dig one of my fave spots for South Indian veggie cuisine. :D

Will definitely have to check this place out. I haven't had much Afghani food but I have loved what I have tried and am always on the lookout for new places in Toronto to try cuisine I dig. Thanks for the tip. I'll do a quick search to find the exact location, but it would help other OurFavers if you put up the address too. :) Love your other faves too.
