Cariboo's fave caesar salad is at Allen's because everyone who eats it loves it. It's not your typical caesar salad...full romaine hearts, homemade croutons and dressing and to top it all off thick shavings of tasty parmesan cheese. Perfect!

Cariboo's fave Bike Trail is at North of Pottery Road Following the Don River because You can go pretty far before hitting any road. It's like you've left the city. At dusk in the summer little bunnies hop all over the trails....And I hear some deer live down there too!

Cariboo's fave Japanese Restaurant not serving Sushi is at Kaiseki Sakura because eating there is an unbelievable experience in the beauty and delicacy of Japanese cuisine. The dishes were works of art AND delicious. We were nearly the only non-Japanese people there.
