Breathe is conveniently located in Bloor West Village close to Runnymede subway. As a cyclist I have limited flexibility and very tight quads. I find that the yoga really helps loosen me up. The teachers are great and are very patient with folks new to yoga. So if you are looking for a Toronto Yoga Studio, look no further. As a father, I was intrigued to see that they also have yoga for kids. We're going to give it a try in the Fall. See ya there.
It has the best toronto pre and post natal yoga classes. The yoga classes are not only a great workout but a really fun community of moms and moms to be to connect with. During pregnancy the classes teach you breathing and relaxation techniques which were a godsend during labour. The post natal classes helped me get back into shape and I could bring my baby with me. The partner birthing workshops with Tracey are also fantastic for teaching your partner how to be supportive during labour.
This welcoming Bloor West village studio has some of the best teachers and classes in the city! It has a great atmosphere, very welcoming. The teachers are amazing, and there are classes for every level - from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Breathe is a Toronto Yoga Studio where you find fantastic instructors who are really dedicated to teaching. I started with their Yoga Basics Workshop that helped me learn all the fundamentals of yoga (and because everyone else was an absolute beginner i didn't feel out of place notwithstanding the fact that I was as flexible as a board when I started) and now I'm totally hooked. It has a great community of students and a really beautiful studio and a great website www.breatheyogastudio.com

By far my favorite yoga studio, I love going to Breathe. The teachers are excellent. The atmosphere too is great, and for a non-driver it's very accessible (runnymede subway). http://breatheyogastudio.com/
Best little studio in High Park, love the core yoga classes!

The studio at Yonge and College has well-earned its "sanctuary" monicker. The hardwood floors and beaming natural light set the tone for some meaningful om-ing. Not only are the instructors reliable, but classes usually include an assistant who walks around to (respectfully) correct your downward dog.
Yoga classes that are fiendly, relaxed and fun. No attitude whatsoever, classes are small and fairly personal. You feel like you have the support of everyone else doing the classes.
Stress free and fun!
Yoga is a great way to unwind and both studios offer a variety of classes and the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great classes and amazing teachers
the instructors are so good that it doesn't matter which class you're in

They offer quality instruction in a peaceful environment to anyone (beginner to advanced) interested in deepening their yoga practice. Part of the worldwide network of non-profit International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres that were founded in 1959 by Swami Vishnu-devananda to spread yoga and Vedanta teachings for overall well-being, the Centre is a refreshingly far cry from the trendy, commercial vibe of many of the city’s studios. Yes, you can ditch the lululemon gear for regular old sweats.
Yoga is amazing, and the studio is calm and beautiful. They have Hot yoga, and normal temperature is available as well. Its a great place if you want to get healthy, fit, and get a piece of mind

The instructors have many years of experience, they're not "flakey", and you'll get the sweatiest yoga experience in town without the heat jacked up.
it's hot! Literally - 40 degrees - and it's got great windows all around it too
Their instructors are really knowledgeable. The Ujjayi Pulse class is amazing!
they have nice, clean relaxing studios and great teachers.

Clean & tranquil studio and feels very open. Small classes & great instructors.
Experienced and friendly instructors in a calming environment
It has such a relaxing and welcoming vibe, the rooms are beautiful and the instructors are all really gifted! Try Raenel's restorative class or Bibi's Flow yoga!
