For much less than at some of the other smoothie joints, you can treat yourself to a delicious fruit and soy milk smoothie at Sadie's. Choose a combo from a selection of berries, tropical or orchard fruits, and then add hemp or whey protein, or various energy- or brain- or detox-boosting supplements as you please. A great start to the morn, or anytime pick-me-up.

They have tons of fruity blends and great nutritional "boosters." I recommend the non-dairy Mango Hurricane.

Although iin present years... they have in my opinion gotten a little pricey they have some really great tasting smoothies...

The Sonic Soy smoothie is a meal in itself. Berry-licious.

the Start The Day smoothie is packed with yogurt, almond butter, a banana, orange juice and oats. It's a well rounded meal in a cup!

I love the strawberry banana. It's not fancy, or organic, or particularly unique...but it's the most satisfying smoothie in my books.

they make them with real fresh fruit -- not processed juices and syrups like some other smoothie places. This one is called First Kiss - pineapple, strawberry & banana. So refreshing on a summer day.

they use fresh mango and condensed milk to sweeten it. Yum.
