Lovely, colourful and hidden away from the city streets, it's a perect hideaway for beers with friends or solo sandwiches and a book.

This is such a hidden gem. Great lighting, completely atmospheric and cozy. The little patio in the back is great if you can get a seat. I went for the first time in late October last year, and the patio was stil open - heated, and as lovely as always. And - yummy drinks.

I used to have dreams as a kid where I'd discover rooms in my house I'd never seen -- they'd keep unfolding. I had spent a few nights drinking (in the winter) at the CL and one day discovered the back patio when spring sprung. It gave me deja vu to those dreams as a kid. The patio at CL is huge and perfect for summer drinking.

Because it's beautifully decorated with sunflower mural and plants and has a big tree for shade. Perfect summer hangout and the brunch is good too.

This place boasts one of the biggest backyard patio's in Toronto and oddly enough it is located in Parkdale. Lots of interesting characters and fabulous no-name bands. A true rock and roll type of place. :o)

Somehow it's always the first patio I'm on in the spring so to me it means winter is over!
